Walk With Ease at ISU – Ongoing Program

The Walk With Ease at ISU research study is available to anyone over the age of 60 years who is able to stand for 10 minutes without increasing pain and receive medical clearance to become active. The program is designed to support becoming physically active through walking. In addition to the Walk With Ease program, participants are encouraged to become more active by optional available health coaches and the integration of pedometers to help you accurately track your steps each day.
The program is six weeks in length and anyone can start at any time.
