Virtual Tai Chi for Fall Prevention Class – Unity Point Health

An event every week that begins at 3:30 pm on Monday and Wednesday, repeating until April 21, 2021

Tai Chi is an evidence based proven exercise course to help prevent falls and maintain balance as we age. This course is brought to you by Unity Point Health and is taught virtually by instructor Becky Robel. She will take participants through the fundamentals of improving balance and coordination.
