UnityPoint – Tai Chi to Gain Balance and Prevent Falls

An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Monday and Wednesday, repeating until December 22, 2021
Falls are the #1 cause of injury in adults over 55
Tai Chi is an evidence based exercise program that has been proven to reduce falling. Tai Chi works on balance, coordination, and finding your center to help prevent participants from injury.
The program will be done via Zoom which will need to be downloaded prior to the start of the course. Participants will receive an email with the link on the first day of the course.
The registration fee of $15 gives participants 5 weeks!
The course “meets” every Monday and Wednesday from 9:00 AM- 9:50 AM starting Nov 15th and ends Dec 22nd.
