Total Training for Cancer Survivors

An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until March 23, 2021
Survivors participate in a 60-minute class for 12 weeks that includes cardio, weight resistance training, balance, range of motion, and relaxation breathing techniques. Survivors are assessed at the beginning and end of the session to track progress. Survivors also participate in wellness coaching to establish exercise and nutrition goals to implement outside of class time.
