Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention – In-Person Class

An event every week that begins at 9:30 am on Monday and Wednesday, repeating until November 16, 2022
Falls are the #1 cause of injury in adults over 55. Join Tai Chi to gain balance and prevent a fall.
Tai Chi is an evidence based exercise program that has been proven to reduce falling. Tai Chi works on balance, coordination, and finding your center to help prevent participants from injury.
Class is every Monday and Wednesday, September 12th, 2022 through November 16th, 2022 at 9:30 AM; MercyOne Health & Fitness Center.
Pre balance testing on 9/12/22
