An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Monday and Wednesday, repeating until March 9, 2022
Falls are the number one cause of injury in adults over 55. 1 out of 3 adults over 65 fall each year. Falling once doubles your chances of falling again. Falling is NOT a normal part of aging.
Tai Chi has been proven to be a fall risk reduction exercise program.
