Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention – 6 Week Class Series

An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Monday and Wednesday, repeating until December 29, 2021
Proven to be a fall-risk reduction exercise program, Tai Chi combines strength, flexibility, joint mobility and mindfulness on balance.
All fitness levels are welcome. Class can be done standing or seated.
Class is offered Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:30-11:20 AM starting November, 22 – December 29th.
Registration is required and you can call the MercyOne Health & Fitness Center services desk at 515-226-9622 to register.
