Falls are the #1 cause of injury in adults over 55. Join Tai Chi to gain balance and prevent a fall.
Tai Chi is an evidence based exercise program that has been proven to reduce falling. Tai Chi works on balance, coordination, and finding your center to help prevent participants from injury.
There are 2 options for the program. Either in-person at the Grand Living Towers in West Des Moines or via Zoom. For those attending via Zoom the app will need to be downloaded prior to the start of the course. Participants will receive an email with the link on the first day of the course.
Class is every Monday and Wednesday, September 12th, 2022 through November 9th, 2022. The first class on September 12th, and the last day of class on November 9th, will be for those attending in-person only as Pre & Post Assessments will be completed!
