PD Moves Dance Class

An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Monday, repeating until October 24, 2022
PD Moves is a dance program for people with Parkinson’s disease and their caregivers. Various dance styles are included such as Swing, Salsa, Waltz, Foxtrot, and Tango. PD Moves focuses on improving balance, coordination, and use of rhythm. Students of Des Moines University will participate as dance partners for the course.
Classes are offered Monday 6:30-7:30 PM; starting September 19th and goes through October 24th.
