Intro to Urban Poling

It’s time for a beautiful walk on the Greenbelt Trail, but not just any walk – Urban Pole Walking! In this workshop, you’ll be introduced to urban poling, fitted for poles correctly, and we’ll take a 10-15 minute walk on the adjacent Greenbelt walking trail with our demo poles.
Urban poling, also known as Nordic walking, or fitness walking, is a low-impact, full body workout that can be done anywhere one can walk. The poles provide stability, balance, burns more calories, provides support and less pain.
